Prices are calculated in U.S. dollars.
After an order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent immediately via e-mail. Credit cards will be charged at the time of checkout for all items in your shopping cart. If you receive notice that an item or items are backordered, you can choose to cancel the order and your card will be refunded for any backordered items that you do not wish to wait for.

*Please note that free shipping is USPS first class and only applies to orders over $100 shipped to a single address within the United States. Currently we are only able to ship within the United States. Additional rates may apply for large and oversize items. You will be notified at order placement.
**USPS 2 Day Guarantee is guaranteed to arrive within 2 days of when the order is placed if placed before noon central time on a weekday. (Example: Order is placed 11am central time on Tuesday: Order is guaranteed to arrive by 3pm on Thursday.)
Sales Tax- No sales tax will be charged if the delivery address is located out of the state of New Jersey. All deliveries in New Jersey will be charged 7% sales tax on merchandise.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt of the item. Simply email us with your information on what is being returned or exchanged. Please note that shipping charges on returned items cannot be refunded.
Totally Tots and More is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items that are being returned. Please send all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation.
All personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed.

Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items before we can update our website. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will contact you immediately. You will have the option to cancel.
Custom and Personalized Purchases
Totally Tots and More offers custom and personalized items from many manufacturers. Each product takes a different amount of time to produce before shipping. This information can be found on each product page. Please note that these are only estimates and may vary a few days based on availability and shipping method. Your credit card will be charged when we place the order on your behalf. Personalized and custom-made orders may not be cancelled or returned.
